A New Do

Top Blouse American Apparel, Bottom Blouse Forever21, Jeans Loft, Watch Michael Kors, Bracelets LYLIF and Stella & Dot, Lipgloss Smashbox "It Girl"

The weather here was surprisingly much warmer than we had anticipated. It has been in the high 60s and low 70s. Since I packed clothes for mostly cool weather, I have been re-wearing and trying to get creative with the items I brought for warmer weather. I layered these two blouses for a warm, breezy evening dinner and paired them with my favorite jeans from the Loft.
Can you tell I cut 6 inches off my hair? Although I didn't need to cut my hair (it was really healthy and long), I really wanted to. It was the longest it has ever been and somewhat annoying to deal with. I always thought that I wanted super long hair and then when I actually had it, I didn't know what to do with it. It feels so good to have it a bit shorter!

I feel the same way about my hair length...everytime it's shorter I think "oh, I want long hair -- you can do so much more with it!" and then when it's long, like now I think "ugh, this is so boring and difficult to style everyday, it needs to be short again" LOL! Your hair looks beautiful, I can't believe you did it yourself, it looks so professional!

Your hair looks wonderful! I agree about having ridiculously long hair -- it just gets to the point where it is long for long's sake and takes an hour to blow-dry. No thanks!

Your hair looks amazing! I agree with the long hair being annoying! Even though I love it long, my hair grows like wild fire and I'm tempted to chop it into a bob.
