NYFW Day 1

BCBG was my first show for fashion week.

It actually was my first show, ever.

It was such an overwhelming and exciting feeling

and I couldn't believe I was actually there.

If you would have told me a year and a half ago that I would be going

to NYFW I never would have believed you.

I decided to pair my new favorite Maje skirt with a simple grey

tank since the weather was unbearably hot. I can't wait to pair it with sweaters

and tights here in SF.

Dinner in Milan

Dress Maje, Heels Christian Louboutin, Purse Vintage Dior (from Thomas's mom), Necklace Madewell

Thomas and I had a long day today. 

We started off climbing to the top of the Duomo (more pics to come)

which was incredibly beautiful and well worth the huge flight of stairs. 

We then headed back over to Miu Miu so that I could pick up a little something

I couldn't get off my mind from the day before :)

From there, we walked to Castello Sforzesco and relaxed in Parco Sempione.

(Definitely recommend visiting if you are in Milan)

We ended our evening with a lovely dinner over-looking the city.

Tomorrow we are packing up and taking a train to Florence.

We are both so excited to experience another city and see everything

it has to offer!

Sunday in the Park

Today was the ideal Sunday.

Thomas and I started off our morning walking down to the ferry building

for breakfast and to get some groceries. The weather was amazing all weekend,

especially today. Since it was 75+ degrees, we decided to pack up a lunch, blanket and 

some books on Italy and head to the park. 

I was so nice to lay out in the sun with my best friend. We spent time drawing

pictures of each other and then laughing at how horrible they were. We had bubblegum 

blowing contests. We planned some "must see" destinations for our trip to Italy. 

And then we got gelato!
