I'm not one to pass up a great deal, so when I spotted this skirt at

H&M and saw it was only $29 I knew it had to come home with me. 

 I love animal prints because they pair so easily with other things. 

Didn't someone once say that "leopard is a neutral?"

Well, I feel the same about this print!

Fall Colors

Yesterday was one of warmest, prettiest days in SF.

It felt weird bringing shorts back out in October, but I paired

them with some of my favorite fall colors. 

Thomas and I started out our day by heading to the bookstore where I 

picked up "The Paris Wife" to read in my spare time.

Metallic & Tweed

On Friday, I headed to the Kate Spade New York Spring 2013

presentation and then went to the Rebecca Minkoff show.

Both were amazing, but guys, over half of Kate Spade NY collection had bows

on it! Bows, bows and more bows! I was in heaven. 

For both events, I paired a tweed peplum top with a metallic skirt I got at H&M. 

I love the contrast of the two textures and how the skirt downplays the

 girly-ness of my outfit.

Red Sunglasses

I had my eye on these sunglasses for a while and finally bought them right

before the 4th of July. I thought they suited the day pretty well.

I was really excited when I got an extra 30% off the sale price! (J.Crew is having a sale

In the Sun

Lately I have been so busy which has resulted in more practical outfits for running around in. I told you guys that these oxfords get a lot of attention in my wardrobe! They have been seen in at least my last three posts. 

I'm really hoping the rain stops. Nothing sounds more amazing than taking a nap in the sun and possibly having a pick-nick this weekend. Who's in?

Chain Details

This blazer is great because it has enough bling to not have to wear any jewelry. I put together a more "work appropriate" look because I wore this to my internship, but I can't wait to create an edgy-er look with it. Thank goodness the weekend has finally come!

Getting Ready

Thomas and I went to dinner last night with my grandparents at our favorite Greek restaurant and he snapped a few photos of me getting ready before. I wore a new H&M dress, picked out by my friend Ashley! She has great taste and we basically love everything the same. (she's kinda my twin) You can't really tell in the pictures, but the dress has suede and leather detailing in it. Edgy, but still so sweet. 

T & I leave for vacation with his family tomorrow! We are flying to Little St. Simon's Island for about two weeks and then flying back to California and spending New Years in Monterey! I'm so excited, but I'm having difficulty packing for such a long period of time.
